IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STUDENTS
Students are advised to note that 75% attendance in theory and practical classes is a statutory boundation for allowing them to appear in the annual Exam. |

1 - | Candidates are cautioned not to by the college prospectus and application form from outside of the college office, because every application form bears a serial number/code number and signature of an official. If an application form on scrutiny is not found to be genuine it will be rejected even though candidate has got it submitted in the college office. No candidate should hand over his/her application from or money to any unauthorized person otherwise college authority will not be responsible for the loss of the application from or money. |
2 - | The name of the candidate on the application form must be same as the name entered in the High School certificate. In case of any difference in name, an affidavit stating the correct name will have to be produced at the time of admission. |
3 - | All the students will be issued Identity Cards which will be kept by them and will be produced by them on demand. A fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged on issue of new Identity Card. |
4 - | The students are also required to fill up a Proctorial Card and to submit it in Proctor’s Office |
5 - | Students who wish to avail the facility of railway concession must fill up the prescribed form available in the college office. |
6 - | The students who wish to avail the facility of cycle students should deposit the prescribed fee. |
7 - | Library Books (not more than two) with the total cost not exceeding Rs- 200 will be issued to a student for 14 days only. Thereafter a fine of Re.- 1/- per day will be charged for each book. Books will be issued to students only after producing their Library Cards. |
8 - | If a student creates nuisance or any indiscipline then he will be rusticated by the Chief Proctor. After rustication, his admission will be treated cancelled without any notice. |
